Effects

Relora®, a patented blend of two plants which is included in DC 46, has been shown in several studies to reduce many of the symptoms associated with stress.

The consumption of Relora® has been shown to reduce high levels of cortisol (a stress hormone) and increase levels of DHEA.

Relora® has been shown to be effective in reducing cravings for sugar and salt in stressed individuals. It has also demonstrated the ability to relieve stress-related sleep problems by reducing cortisol levels. Finally, Relora® has been shown to reduce signs of insulin resistance, such as weight gain in the trunk and high blood sugar.
