DC 37 (pH Mag Plus) is a magnesium formula that combines the two most easily absorbed and complementary forms of magnesium.
Ingredients
Each vegetarian capsule contains:
Magnesium (citrate/glycinate) 125 mg
Potassium (citrate) 45 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 25 mg
Capsule shell: Vegetarian gelatine and water.

DC 37 is a magnesium formula that uses the two most documented forms of magnesium.
Magnesium is one of the most important minerals in balancing the body's pH level and managing stress. In fact, stress can lead to a loss of magnesium, and a magnesium deficiency increases stress. Unfortunately, it is one of the minerals most lacking in the current North American diet.
Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzymatic systems in the body. It helps relax the muscles and nerves, and when it comes to healthy bones, it may be more important than calcium. It is also necessary for the proper metabolism of vitamin D.
Magnesium is required for insulin production and glucose metabolism, as well as for the production of serotonin, which helps promote and maintain sleep, reduces anxiety and depression, and minimizes pain perception.
Finally, magnesium is needed to reduce excess oestrogen and minimize the risk of symptoms associated with excess oestrogen.
Recent studies published by Virginia Commonwealth University have shown that magnesium may also help reduce menopausal hot flashes.
Potassium and vitamin B6 have been added to this formula for their synergistic effects with magnesium.
